On Thursday, a ceremonial groundbreaking was held at City Gate on the 20 acres where the $250 million project will be built. PE completed all site civil engineering and entitlements for the 500-room resort and indoor water park. It is expected to open in the summer of 2024 and will be the brand’s 21st resort in North America.
