Anthem Parkway serves as a major thoroughfare within the Town of Ave Maria in Collier County, FL. Peninsula Engineering provided civil engineering design and permitting services of the extension of Anthem Parkway from Ave Maria Blvd to Pope John Paul II Blvd, comprising approximately 1.8 miles of roadway development. Peninsula Engineering also managed the construction of the roadway on behalf of the developer. In addition to the traditional roadway construction and the associated utility and drainage infrastructure, the parkway design and development also included such unique features as monument signage, fountains, three roundabouts, and an irrigation reuse lake and associated pump infrastructure for use by the Ave Maria Utility Company and the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District to provide effluent storage and irrigation water services for the residents of Ave Maria.
