City Gate is a +/-420 acre commercial and light industrial park comprised of two plats, an advanced stormwater management system, and the necessary utility and stormwater infrastructure to accommodate 2.8 million square feet of development. PE is the design engineer for the master development and CDD. Scope of work included:

- Local, State, and Federal permitting
- Developer Contribution Agreements
- Roadway design
- Construction Engineering and Inspections
