This 2.30-acre site within the master Founders Square platted subdivision at Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard (CR 951) included 108,000+ square feet of mini-warehouse storage. PE worked with the site developer and master development project team to assist with the layout, permitting, and overall land management through the site civil engineering construction phase.
