This project is unique because it is a joint venture with the City of Bonita Springs and a private developer. The project contemplates two large commercial spaces that can accommodate up to four restaurant providers. In addition to those locations, the project will include first floor commercial space that can be used for a wide variety of end users including office, retail, light dining, and services. The space located within the residential buildings will have direct access to Old 41, the dining area, the public spaces with shared landscaping between the buildings. At the same time the project creates synergy using the existing Imperial River vehicular / pedestrian crossing since the project spans lots north and south of the river. Ultimately, this allows for a true mixed-use project.
