Magnolia Square Apartments is a luxury apartment home development located within the Magnolia Square center in Naples, FL. The development includes two buildings comprising a total of 290 units, and a 400+ space parking garage. The project posed certain unique and challenging aspects, including the demolition of 50,000 sq. ft. of existing building structure, construction of the four-story parking garage within inches of the existing adjacent buildings, and modification of multiple other aspects of existing infrastructure to allow redevelopment of the existing site to accommodate the multi-story building project, all while maintaining open-business for the many other existing businesses within the Magnolia Square Center.
