Paradise Coast Sports Complex is located within City Gate Commerce Park and the contiguous Collier County owned 305 parcel. The development is +/-195 acres and PE has assisted the prime consultant with the completion of Phase 1 and site design / start of new construction in Phase 2.1.
- Phase 1A included the construction of a welcome center, maintenance facilities, four full synthetic fields, and parking.
- Phase 1B included design and construction of a 3,600-seat stadium, food-truck / bar, fitness facility, and event great lawn with an amphitheater / stage.
- Phase 2.1 includes four additional full synthetic fields, parking, roadway, and infrastructure extension.
- Future phases include satellite operations, RV parking, additional fields, and a field house.
