Typical for all City of Naples projects, Prime Social is proposing something new and unique, a full rooftop and dining experience. PE was challenged with using every square inch of the remaining existing developed site to assist with a new elevator and utility / storm water infrastructure to accommodate the new addition. This was done while keeping the existing tenants in place and sandwiched between two busy right-of-ways.
