Uline’s first distribution center in the state of Florida spans +935,000 SF over a 100-acre campus. The challenge with this design was balancing the concrete impervious coverage necessary for client operations (37 acres with the structure) and at the same time creating open spaces for employee use and overall site appearance / water management needs. The client’s vision of well-manicured properties assisted with the overall distribution layout.
