Valencia Trails Naples is a +/-563 acre single-family residential development located in Collier County, Florida. The overall development will comprise of 836 lots, a residential amenity center, twenty-four water management lakes, and over 160 acres of conservation area. This project was designed and permitted in four phases and Peninsula Engineering was selected by the client to complete civil engineering design and permitting services for Phase Two, Phase Three, and Phase Four of the development.
