Dan Hartley

Daniel Hartley, P.E., VP of Engineering, has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management and consultation services in the Southwest Florida region. At Peninsula, Dan is responsible for project and team management for residential and commercial development projects, including pre-development consultation and due diligence, site planning, civil engineering design, permitting, construction inspection and certification services. Dan is also responsible for management of land development construction for certain projects, from bidding and contract awarding through site construction management and construction completion. Dan’s professional experience includes large-scale projects such as master planned communities, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, educational and sports facilities, and commercial and private site developments.
