Steve Sammons, RLA, LEED AP, Project Manager and Senior Landscape Architect is responsible for master planning, site concept design, entry and amenity feature design and enhanced landscape planning design. A graduate of the University of Florida, Steve has over 30 years of experience working on projects providing conceptual design through design development, construction documents, cost estimating and construction observation. Notable projects include Treviso Bay, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, Addison Place Luxury Apartments and Founders Square.
