PE assisted with rezoning the property and simultaneously worked with the client to secure land development concepts over eleven platted parcels. The 50+ acre project site located north of the Randall Boulevard and Immokalee Road intersection, was undeveloped. PE prepared the master infrastructure design to serve future commercial parcels and immediate development of 400 multi-family units. Infrastructure was master planned to allow for interconnection with the future commercial development proposed to the north of the project site (adjacent CPUD). PE is actively working on construction development design and permitting for all parcels.
