Springs at Cape Coral is a 29-acre multi-family development located in the City of Cape Coral, directly adjacent to preservation lands of Yellow Fever Creek. The residential complex consists of eleven multi-story apartment buildings centered around a 4-acre lake, an amenity center, pet playground, and supporting infrastructure. In addition to civil engineering design and permitting services and landscape architecture services for the residential development, Peninsula designed and permitted the expansion and improvements to Barrett Road, the Lee County Department of Transportation roadway which provides access to the development.
