Jessica Harrelson

Jessica is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners with over 18 years’ experience. Throughout her career in land use planning, Jessica has been involved in both large and small-scale developments. Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, master planning and site planning, land use analysis, feasibility studies, comprehensive plan amendments, rezones, conditional uses, facilitating public information meetings and representing clients during public hearing processes.
