Luis Bolivar

Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Luis moved to Naples, FL in 2003 from Cleveland, OH with 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering Design. Prior to Peninsula Engineering, he worked as a Civil Engineering Designer for WilsonMiller. Luis has overseen design and construction of Ave Maria, FL and its university, as well as other large land development projects for various developers and builders in southwest Florida. Now, Luis is a Civil Engineer for PE and works in various land developments for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. Outside of work, Luis enjoys the outdoors and flying small single engine airplanes after earning his private pilot license in 2016.
