John Maloney

John Maloney received his B.S. in Land Surveying from Michigan Technological University in 1981, and since then has been a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper, member of the Florida Surveying Society (FSMS), a registered land surveyor and party chief responsible for design surveys, infrastructure construction, platting and plenty other developmental responsibilities. John has many years’ surveyor experience from subdivisions, educational structures, commercial and mixed-use developments, mid-rise and high-rise condominiums, and home building services for various builders. In his role as Geomatics Manager, John will be responsible for conducting daily survey operations from business development proposals, project planning, production of deliverables, personnel management, budgets and client management, as well as working with the team to implement long-term business strategies.
