Chris Scott

Chris has over twenty years of professional land use planning experience in both the public and private sectors. He received his Bachelor’s in Urban Affairs & Planning from Virginia Tech and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and Leadership in Energy Efficiency & Environmental Design as an Accredited Professional (LEED-AP). As Planning Manager, Chris is responsible for managing planning and zoning projects for Peninsula Engineering clients.
